STEP 1
You reach out to me via messenger/Instagram/leave a request on the website
STEP 2
Questionnaire where you answer questions about your goals, workout experience, nutrition, health limitations, etc., and we also take photos of your current physique
STEP 3
I create a workout program based on the questionnaire and requests within a few days. If you've chosen the "workouts + nutrition" package, I also provide dietary and lifestyle recommendations
STEP 4
You familiarize yourself with detailed materials on technique and proceed to your first workout
STEP 5
You record videos of all exercises in your workout plan and send them to me for possible technique adjustments
STEP 6
Throughout the entire online coaching period, there is ongoing correction of exercise techniques, answers to questions that arise during the process, and communication with the trainer via messenger
STEP 7
Once a week, you receive my report with progress measurements and photos
